Hello Master Cleansers! To some, embarking on the Master Cleanse journey is a bit daunting. That’s why we’ve assembled our Master Cleanse tips for success. We know that with a bit of determination and planning, anyone can have success with the Master Cleanse!
Before you start your cleanse, try to eat well. Eating healthy right before the cleanse will help you curb major food cravings and keep you on track during your cleanse.
Make sure you have all your Master Cleanse supplies and ingredients before you start cleansing. We offer convenient kits for 5, 10, and 16 day cleanses. These kits include everything you need, just add your own fresh lemons and filtered water! Shop the Master Cleanse kits.
To make a gallon of the cleanse lemonade at a time, mix 1 ½ cups of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 ½ cups of our organic maple syrup, 13 cups of pure filtered water, and refrigerate. It’s not advisable to add the cayenne in the beginning because it gets hotter as it steeps!
The nightly detox tea and morning salt water flush means you will be passing a lot of fluids through your system during the cleanse. You should stay close to a bathroom for an hour or so after consuming the salt water in the morning.

Bonus Tip: in addition to detoxing through the Master Cleanse, add in a few detox baths to help continue the toxin flush and support the whole body cleansing you are experiencing. Detox baths are easy to do in your home tub: just add Epsom Salts to your soak!
